Prices & products

Frame prices follow the VOGUE N2 2026 Frame Catalogue, dated 21 September 2026. Displayed prices are for frames only. Prescription lenses and additional services are not included. Please check the model, colour code, size and quantity before paying.

Stock & preparation time

A catalogue listing does not confirm availability in the store at the time of ordering. IRIS will confirm stock availability and keep you updated on your order. If stock is unavailable, orders may take up to 3 weeks.

Collection & shipping

• Collection at IRIS Senawang: free.
• Shipping within Peninsular Malaysia: RM10 per order.
• Shipping to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: RM30 per order.

The final total, including your selected shipping cost, is displayed before you continue to the payment page. Product preparation time and courier transit time are separate. IRIS handles preparation and shipping after payment is confirmed.

Payment & order confirmation

Payment opens on the payment provider connected to IRIS. Card or bank account details are entered on the provider's payment page. This website does not ask for card details or banking passwords in the order form.

When you return to the website, payment status is checked with the IRIS order system. “Payment confirmed” is displayed only after the system confirms payment. If payment is not yet confirmed, contact IRIS with your order reference before paying again.

Order changes, issues & support

To request a change, cancellation, return, exchange or product support, contact IRIS with your order reference and details of the issue. The IRIS team will review the order and explain the available solutions. Do not send banking passwords, OTPs or full card numbers through WhatsApp or email.

Privacy information

For online orders, IRIS collects your name, email, phone number, product selections and delivery method. If shipping is selected, your address, city, postcode and state are also required. These details are used for payment, order records, stock confirmation, communication and shipping.

The details needed for payment are sent to the IRIS payment provider. Shipping details are used to arrange courier delivery. IRIS stores order records in its store system.

Your Cart and favourite frames are stored in your browser so your selections remain available when you reopen the page. Customer details entered in the checkout form are not saved in that browser storage. If you choose WhatsApp, a message with your product selections opens in WhatsApp for you to review and send yourself.
